"Galbi-jjim that truly brings back memories of Korea! They serve soft tofu before the meal, which acts like a starter soup in Western cuisine to soothe your stomach before the spicy kick. I really want to praise this clever and thoughtful touch; the tofu itself is incredibly creamy and nutty. The braised short ribs (Galbi-jjim) are not tough at all but perfectly chewy and firm. The staff deboned everything for us and served it right when the glass noodles were at their best texture. The balance of sweet and spicy is so addictive. Eating it with the extra spicy sauce and pickled radish creates an amazing chemistry—it'll literally give you that "mind-blown" expression from those cooking anime. The chicken feet are well-simmered, soaking up all the flavor. They aren't fishy at all and are very easy to eat. You can choose the spice level from 1 to 5, and level 2 seemed just right. The heat isn't the sharp, fleeting sting of Vietnamese chilies; it's that deep, lingering spicy flavor typical of Korean cuisine. Spicy food lovers will definitely notice the difference. Finally, the fried rice! I had it fried with the level 1 Galbi-jjim sauce. It has a wonderful toasted sesame oil aroma. It's authentic fried rice, not just mixed rice, because they actually stir-fry it over high heat. This small detail makes a huge difference, and you can see how well-cooked it is in the photos. If you visit this place and don't order the fried rice, you haven't truly experienced it. Next time, I'm going to challenge myself with a higher spice level and definitely order my favorite "Odol-byeo" (spicy pork gristle) as well!"

They serve soft tofu before the main dish, and it tastes exactly like the authentic ones in Korea. It really helps soothe your stomach. The owner said they make it fresh every morning, and you can truly feel the effort put into it. Also, the spicy pork gristle (odol-byeo) is absolutely delicious. I'm a huge fan of this dish, and it's been so long since I've had such an authentic Korean-style version while living in Vietnam—I almost cried tears of joy while eating it. I was too full to try the fried rice with the beef rib sauce, but my friend told me it's legendary. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in Ho Chi Minh City!!!!!!!!!!"
